Harita kadastro sektöründe riskler ve risk değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Hazırlanan bu çalışma ile, Harita Kadastro sektöründeki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bakımından tehlikeler, riskler ve risk değerlendirmesi hususu, Kırklareli ilinde çalışan sektör çalışanları yönünden incelenmiş olup, sektörde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bilinci ile farkındalığı oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan araştırma ve beraberinde yürütülen anket çalışması neticesinde, Kırklareli ili özelinde sektörde çalışanlar açısından, önemli nicelikte tehlike ve risk unsurları belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen bu muhtelif tehlike ve risk unsurları, 5*5 matris risk analizi yönteminden faydalanılarak gerçekleştirilen risk değerlendirmesi uygulaması ile irdelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma neticesinde, her ne kadar sektör kendi içerisinde çok sayıda tehlike ve riskler ihtiva etse de, bu risk faktörlerinin risk skorlarının birbirinden farklılık göstermekle birlikte genel olarak makul düzeyde olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Dolayısıyla, sektör çalışanlarının eğitim düzeylerinin ve İSG açısından farkındalıklarının artırılmasıyla birlikte gerekli tedbir ve önlemlerin alınması halinde sektördeki muhtelif tehlike ve risklerin önlenmesinin sağlanabileceği saptanmıştır.

With this study, the dangers, risks and risk assessment in terms of occupational health and safety in the Survey Cadastre sector were examined in terms of sector employees working in the province of Kırklareli, and it was aimed to raise awareness of occupational health and safety in the sector. As a result of the research carried out and the survey study carried out with it, a significant amount of danger and risk factors were determined in terms of employees in the sector, specific to Kırklareli province. These various identified hazard and risk factors were examined through the risk assessment application made using the 5 * 5 matrix risk analysis method. As a result of the study, it was understood that although the sector contains many dangers and risks within itself, although the risk scores of these risk factors differ from each other, they are generally at a reasonable level. Therefore, it has been determined that various dangers and risks in the sector can be prevented if the necessary precautions and measures are taken together with increasing the education levels and awareness of the sector employees in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety.
