Ahmed b. Hanbel’in Cerh ve Ta‘dîle Dair Bazı Yaklaşımları

Abstract

Hadis ilminde rivayetlerin sıhhat durumlarının tespiti, genellikle râvilerin rivayet konusundakiyetkinlikleri üzerinden gerçekleşmektedir. Bu bağlamda râviler hakkındaki cerh ve ta‘dîl bilgileri, hadislerin sıhhatinitespitte büyük öneme sahiptir. İlk dönem münekkitlerinden Ahmed b. Hanbel’in, râvilerle ilgili fısk, yalancılık veya sikayamuhalefet ve hafıza bozukluğu gibi ortak zeminde kabul edilen hususlar dışındaki değerlendirmelerinde sergilediği bazıyaklaşımlarının konu edildiği bu makalede, râvilerden hadis kabulü noktasında münekkitlerin mezkûr durumlar dışındabaşka faktörlerden de etkilenip etkilenmediği, etkilendiyse bunların neler olduğunun tespiti amaçlanmaktadır. Bunungerçekleşmesi noktasında Ahmed b. Hanbel’in râvilerle ilgili değerlendirmeleri diğer münekkitlerin de cerh ve ta‘dîlleriile birlikte ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışma ile cerh ta‘dîl değerlendirmelerinin âlimler tarafından tetkik edilmeden kabuledilip edilmediği sorgulanacak ve âlimler tarafından genel kabul gören görüş bağlamında Ahmed b. Hanbel’in cerh veta‘dîlde mutedil olduğu kanaatini de bir bakıma sağlama imkânı elde edilecektir. Münekkitlerin adalet ve zabt vasfınızedeleyen bilindik hususlardan ayrı olarak yaptıkları değerlendirmelerdeki sergiledikleri yaklaşımların tespiti, cerh ta‘dîlbilgilerinin doğru değerlendirilmesi noktasında olumlu katkı sağlayacaktır.

In the science of hadith, the determination of the health status of the narrations is generally based on the competence of the narrators regarding the narration. In this context, information about hadith narrators and ta'dîl is of great importance in determining the soundness of hadiths. One of the first period critics, Ahmed b. In this article, which deals with some of Hanbal's evaluations about hadith reporters other than those that are accepted in common ground, such as fisc, lying or confrontation with trustworthy people and memory impairment, whether the critics are also affected by other factors other than those described in terms of hadith acceptance from hadith reporters. In addition, with this study, it will be questioned whether the jarh ta‘dîl evaluations are accepted by the scholars without being examined, and in the context of the generally accepted opinion by the scholars, Ahmed b. It will also be possible to provide the opinion that Hanbal is moderate in terms of surgery and ta cerdil. The determination of the approaches of the critics in their evaluations, apart from the known issues that harm the quality of justice and protection, will make a positive contribution to the correct evaluation of jarh tadil information.
