TÜRKİYE’DE BÜRO YÖNETİMİ VE SEKRETERLİK ALANINDAKİ ARAŞTIRMALARDA METODOLOJİK SORUNLAR: ULUSAL BÜRO YÖNETİMİ VE SEKRETERLİK KONGRESİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse methodological perspective and to present current situation of summaries of qualitative and quantitative research methods in the National Office Management and Secretarial Congress 2012. In this context, the research is a descriptive study. Document analysis technique was used in order to identify problems. In purpose, 40 papers which presented in 2012 , have been evaluated in terms of the purpose of the research, design, data collection tool, the universe / sample , hypotheses , method and data analysis. And appropriateness of the statistical techniques used in the data analysis phase of the course were also examined. As a result of the review, it has been identified that the summaries are not sufficient in terms of scope, the provided information for the universe and sample is not sufficient and the method which used is not clear. Bu çalışmada 2012 yılı Ulusal Büro Yönetimi ve Sekreterlik Kongresinde nitel ve nicel yöntemlerle yapılan araştırmalarda biçimsel ve yöntemsel yetersizliklerin mercek altına alınarak, metodolojik sorunlar konusunda bir farkındalık yaratılması ve akademik bilgiye katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede bildiriler metodolojik açıdan incelenmiş ve betimlenmiştir. Sorunları tespit etmeye yönelik olarak içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Söz konusu amaç çerçevesinde 2012 yılında sunulan 40 bildiri, özet bölümü, araştırma tasarımı, veri toplama ve veri analiz aşamaları açısından incelemeye tabii tutulmuştur. İnceleme sonucunda özetlerin kapsam açısından yeterli olmadığı, bildirilerde evren ve örnekleme ilişkin verilen bilgilerin yeterli olmadığı, kullanılan yöntemin açık olmadığı, sonuç olarak veri toplama ve analiz aşamalarında araştırmacıların genel kabul görmüş yöntemsel ilkelere uymadıkları tespit edilmiştir
