Abstract

Günümüzde küreselleşme, değişen teknoloji ve sosyal değişmeler sayesinde iş yaşamı da değişmeye başlamıştır. Böylece sektörlerin, değişen iş gerekleri ve iş koşulları; iş dünyasında çalışan, üniversite eğitimini tamamlamış ve hali hazırda eğitim sürecinde olan öğrenciler için oldukça önemli bir hal almıştır. Güncel yönetim uygulamalarından güçlendirme uygulaması bu değişen beklentileri tanımlar. İş başındaki yöneticilerin en yakın çalışma arkadaşları ise yönetici asistanlığı eğitimini tamamlayıp bu kariyere sahip olan kişiler olacaktır

Nowadays, globalization, changing in technology, social and economic conditions started to change business life too.
